An experienced driver has to be there when the learner operates the vehicle. In case of commercial vehicles, the applicant has to enroll at a motor driving school to learn professional driving. The licence can be applied through two means &#8211; online and offline. The fees charged for the learner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s licence is Rs 30 for each category of vehicle.
