How can I report a broker and builder for deception?
How do I make a complaint.. Because I was deceived and the broker along with the construction companies do not want to return my money.

THE BROKER YOU CAN COMPLAIN HIM IN CRECI AND THE CONSTRUCTION MANUFACTURER YOU MUST OPEN A PROCESS AGAINST THEM, BUT REMEMBERING THAT YOU MUST TAKE THE CONTRACT YOU MADE WITH THEM FOR A LAWYER TO LOOK AT YOU.

Go with all the docs at your local RERA office and make a complaint, everyone will be called.

If you really intend to be reimbursed, the only appropriate action is the judicial one. Even Certified Officer of Commercial Properties (COCP) has no authority to force anyone to pay you back. By the way, PROCON itself could not either.
